We are proud to offer the following workshops:
You’re a Badass: Overcoming Impostor Phenomenon

These feelings of pervasive self-doubt despite evidence you are skilled and/or successful characterize imposter phenomenon which is more common in those that identify as women, people of color, or have other marginalized identities. Using tactics and skills from the book You’re A Badass by Jen Sincero and imposter phenomenon research, this workshop aims to empower participants to understand imposter phenomenon, reduce its impact, and develop a badass personal strategy for tackling imposter phenomenon in their work, school, and personal lives.
Time Needed: 50 minutes

Empowered Communication: Women Supporting Women
The media shows us endless examples of manipulative and unhealthy female friendships such as reality TV’s infamous Real Housewives of Atlanta or the Bachelor as well as in movies such as Mean Girls or Bride Wars. Many of these relationships are far from aspirational friendships and can impact personal relationships, families, student organizations, workplaces, or other groups. Inspired by Roxane Gay’s 13 Rules for Female Friendships and utilizing counseling techniques, we explore how empowered women empower women, setting healthy boundaries, and building a toolkit to creating satisfying, healthy friendships and group dynamics.
Time Needed: 1.5 hours
The F Word: Intersectional Feminism 101
The F Word workshop offers a basic understanding of feminism, provides a timeline of feminism in the United States, and introduces participants to feminist perspectives of current issues such as education, intersectionality, and equal pay. The workshop is an interactive way to explore feminism and build an understanding of the movement throughout history.
Time Needed: 50 minutes
#MentorHer: Advocating for Women
Capitalizing on the Lean In movement’s #MentorHer campaign, this workshop allows participants to identify the vast impact of mentorship, develop a personal mentorship style, and understand the needs of women-identified people at school, in the workforce, and in life. Regardless of gender identity, you can be the mentor that makes a difference in the life of a woman. This workshop can be tailored for students, faculty, staff, and graduate/PhD students.
Time Needed: 50 minutes
Beyond the Wage Gap: Financial Literacy & Feminism
This workshop explores the impact of gender identity on the development of wealth, financial literacy, and professional success. We move beyond discussion of the wage gap to recognize the impacts of other gender-based gaps such as the debt gap, investing gap, unpaid labor gap and more. As a result of this workshop, participants will be empowered to build the skills and tools to navigate these gaps, earn what they deserve, and be strategic in their pursuit of financial freedom.
