Feminist Fridays
- Students, Faculty, and Staff are welcome to attend monthly discussions in the Women and Gender Office.
- Potential topics include: #MeToo movement and history, masculinity, destigmatizing periods, healthy body image, and current events.

Volunteer with our office.
- Attend signature events, programs
- Applications for Program Assistants (recruiting undergraduate and graduate students) will open in the spring for the 2020-2021 academic year.
- Bring the Women and Gender Office to your student organization or group for a workshop.
Opportunities for Faculty and Staff
- Visit the office located in the Main Campus Student Center, suite 108.
- Offer extra credit for student participation in programs and events.
- Check out a book from the Gender Lending Library.
- Attend programs and events, including Faculty/Staff-focused opportunities.
- Join the WGO e-mail list and share out events with ECU community.
- Encourage students to apply to be a WGO Program Assistant (peer educator).
- Serve as a mentor in the Let’s Get Coffee program and/or the Sister to Sister Mentor Network.
- Join the panel and guest speaker registry.
- Facilitate a Feminist Friday discussion.
